Generations of Vaughans have been cooking and catering to visitors to Lahinch since we first established a boarding house on the main street nearly 200 years ago. Quality food is part of our DNA and seems consume much of our efforts and many of our daily conversations!!
Our restaurant opens seasonally from April to October and we concentrate on two meals – Breakfast and Dinner. Availability is limited as we always give preferred bookings times to Hotel Residents.
Our Food Story
Hotel restaurants don’t usually deliver a Restaurant quality experience but our situation is different. We open only 5 nights each week in a short season of April – October. The short week ensures our wonderful kitchen team can focus on dinner service alone. The same team arrive together each day refreshed and ready to be creative and deliver to a high standard of cuisine.
Breakfasts at Vaughan Lodge are a treat too and are cooked by Michael with the same dedication to quality that you will enjoy each evening at the restaurant. Breakfast is served 7.00am – 10.00am
